Typesetting by 20 Minuten-Anzeigengrafik/"Good for print"
For adverts created by our ad graphics department, please supply the advert text unformatted in a Word file and logos and images in sufficient quality as separate files. You will receive a "good to print" for these adverts - without a timely counter-report, the GzD is deemed to have been issued. Invoicing according to expenditure.
Print advert deadline and print material deadline: two working days before publication date at 2.00 pm.
Print material and format
All print material must be supplied as a full digital artwork (high-res PDF)*. Complaints regarding print quality are excluded for paper/film originals that have to be scanned in. To avoid confusion, please label the print material with the 20-minute order number.
Only digital delivery of print documents as PDF/X-4, PDF/X-3 is possible. Colour preparation in CMYK colour space. The conversion of other formats can lead to a loss of quality. All fonts, images and graphics must be embedded.
Use Adobe PostScript Type 1 fonts or OpenType, no TrueType fonts.
Please include the following information when sending: Client, sender and telephone number, advert size, title, heading, publication date and the subject of the advert.
A change of print material is only possible before the advertising deadline, after consultation with the advertisement scheduling department - the print documents must be labelled with the new order number. Please supply only one subject or order per document/data carrier.
